    I. Key Advantages
    High Elasticity & Crack Resistance‌: Type I one-component polyurea waterproof coating‌ achieves a ‌fracture elongation rate ≥800%‌, enabling adaptation to substrate expansion or crack deformation‌.
    High Abrasion Resistance‌: Type II single-component polyurea waterproof coating‌ exhibits ‌tensile strength ≥20MPa‌, suitable for balcony terrace and wear resistance‌‌.
    Environmental Safety: VOC content ≤120g/L‌, compliant with ‌Chinese National Standards (GB)‌‌.‌
    Long-term Weather Resistance‌: Exceptional ‌acid/alkali resistance‌ and ‌UV resistance‌, ensuring extended service life‌.Under correct construction conditions, the waterproofing service life can be up to 20 years.‌‌

    II. Applications

    Type Ⅱ polyurea can be made into a highly transparent type. Due to its high hardness and better wear resistance, it is often used alone on tiles in indoor toilets, kitchens, bathrooms, etc., or for waterproofing balconies and terraces.

    III. Construction quantity and conditions

    ‌●‌Coverage‌:
    Type Ⅰ:0.6-0.7mm per coat; total thickness 1.2-1.5mm. Theoretical consumption: 1.8-2.0 kg/m².
    Type Ⅱ:total thickness 0.5-0.7mm. Theoretical consumption: 0.5-0.7 kg/m².
    ‌●Temperature‌: 5-35°C; avoid rain, direct sunlight, or frost during application.
    ‌●Substrate Preparation‌: Clean, level, and repair voids with mortar.

    IV. Storage Conditions‌‌‌
    ‌●Unopened‌: Store in a cool, dry environment (30°≥temperature ≥5°C). Shelf life: 12 months.
    ‌●Opened‌: Reseal immediately; avoid high temperatures or freezing.
