Product Features

It has high strength, tear resistance and dimensional stability, and its waterproofing performance is better than ordinary film.

The cross laminated mesh structure can effectively solves the phenomenon of wrinkling and bulging after construction.

After technical treatment, the mask has good capability of resisting ultraviolet(UV) radiation. Even if it is exposed for a long time after construction, the quality of the product will not be affected.

Excellent in high and low temperature resistance, excellent extensibility and tensile resistance.

The excellent self-healing and self-locking properties of the reactive self-adhesive layer greatly reduce the leakage probability.

It has unique anti-puncture, self-healing and continuous tear resistance with excellent watertightness.

Note

The membrane has two types based on their physical characters and it can be made in one side adhesive or both side adhesive

 

Transportation & storage

1. There should be a dedicated warehouse stacking and the warehouse must be ventilated to avoid light exposure, non-fire sources, and fire prevention. When stacking in temporary warehouses on the construction site, coverings must be covered to avoid sun and rain.

2. When transporting, the membranes must be tightly tested and the membranes should not be stacked to prevent the sheet from tilting or laterally pressing. When transporting, the membranes should be stacked tightly and the membranes cannot be stacked on each other to prevent the sheet from tilting or lateral pressure.

3. The storage temperature is not higher than 50°C, the storage period is one year from the date of production, and it can still be used after it passes the inspection.

Construction procedure

Clean the base surface → Wet out the basement layer (If basement layer is wet, this process is not necessary) → Baseline confirmation of paving membrane → Stir and spread the cement paste or brush base primer→ Pave membrane → Roller press → Lap sealing→ Membrane end sealing → Qualification inspection → Qualified and turn over
